FAMILY BASED PETITIONS

If you wish to petition for eligible family members who are abroad or in the United States, our firm will provide you with efficient legal representation through out the process.  We will prepare the necessary documents for the petition, file the petition, conduct appropriate and necessary inquiries regarding the status of the petition and accompany you to local interviews scheduled with the USCIS/DHS offices in Los Angeles, California area only.

EMPLOYMENT BASED PETITIONS

Our firm provides representation to employers, individuals and investors who are interested in obtaining temporary nonimmigrant and permanent immigrant visas based on employment offers.

ASYLUM

Our office provides representation to asylum applicants mainly at the Immigration Court or removal proceedings level.

REMOVAL (DEPORTATION) DEFENSE

Our firm currently provides representation to detained and non-detained individuals that have removal proceedings pending with the Immigration Court.

CONSULTATIONS

The firm provides in-office consultations.  All consultations are by appointment only.

REPRESENTATION AT THE USCIS (FORMERLY KNOWN AS INS) LEVEL

Our firm provides representation in family based or employment based petitions that need to be filed with the USCIS/DHS office.  The firm currently provides representation in limited cases of initial or affirmative asylum filings with the USCIS/DHS.  Asylum based representations are mainly limited to Immigration Court filings and representation in removal proceedings only.
